About the Role

We are seeking a skilled, dependable, and reliable professional to join our construction team. This role focuses primarily on renovations within institutional healthcare settings. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in various aspects of construction, including blueprint reading and commercial/institutional projects, while maintaining a respectful and considerate presence in active medical environments.

Requirements

Proven experience in carpentry or related construction fields; apprenticeship experience is a plus. Proven track record of punctuality, strong attendance and dependability. Precision in millwork, installation of cabinets, commercial doors and hardware and other building components. Strong attention to detail with excellent craftsmanship skills. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. Must be comfortable working inside active healthcare and institutional settings. Exceptional awareness of surroundings, showing deep respect for patients, medical staff and visitors. Valid driver’s license preferred but not mandatory.
